A limited liability construction company classified as a tier one general contractor by the Egyptian Federation for Construction and Building Contractors. With an experience of more than 25 years in construction and general contracting, we built Modern Pioneers to complete a long line of accomplishments and build successful partnerships with organizations, companies, and government institutes.

Our History
ARAB PIONEERS
Founded in 1996 by Engineer Mamdouh Morshdy with a classification of tier 7, Arab Pioneers for Construction has built a reputation for being a credible, reliable and trustworthy contractor with high-quality deliveries. Throughout the years, Arab Pioneers became recognized as a grade 1 general contracting and construction company capable of managing high-value contracts. Over the course of the next 20 years, Arab Pioneers achieved a track record of more than 200 projects with a value of EGP 1.3 billion and a turnover of 300 million by 2020. Now rebuilt as Modern Pioneers, the company continues its mission to better people’s lives building better communities across Egypt.
